Authorization module: Direct access from your standard applications
The Netviewer Application Connector connects Netviewer with other applications from which web conferences can be started. This has a useful secondary benefit: automatic utilization of authorization rules. There is no need for additional authorization or a separate rules framework for Netviewer.
Active Directory module: User management and access control
The Netviewer Active Directory Connector controls access to Netviewer through your Active Directory. This greatly simplifies user administration. Netviewer becomes part of your communications infrastructure and is accessible to defined groups of users. You can even control which functions are available.
Outlook module: Plan Netviewer sessions in Outlook
The Netviewer Outlook Planning Kit links session planning with your appointment calendar. It lets you start Netviewer sessions directly from Outlook. You can also send your colleagues appointment invitations that contain an access link.
Configuration module: Configure the program the way you want it
