There are many benefits to using the Netviewer WebStarter. The program automatically recognizes whether the participant is using a Windows or Mac OS operating system and then loads the latest version of the appropriate Netviewer program. WebStarter can even determine if the participant needs Netviewer Meet, Support, a free version, or the Business Edition. It then adjusts the program interface language to the user’s browser language. This feature is available for German, English, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Swedish, and Spanish; all other languages use the English version.

If the users have installed Java, they only need to click once to join the session. Otherwise, they will download an executable program file as usual. Customizing the Netviewer Business Edition to reflect your corporate design adds a nice touch by showing your customers and employees a uniform image while they use the software.
