Mac OS is operating system No. 2
Windows has long had to share space in the corporate world with other operating systems. According to NetMarketShare, Apple's Mac OS currently holds a five percent market share. This is a relatively small number (Windows has about 92 percent), but Apple is constantly gaining new users with its steady stream of innovative products and ideas. No wonder that compatibility between the different systems plays a critical role.
Full control on the Mac
Starting in March, Mac users will be able to initiate and carry out Netviewer Meet and Support sessions themselves. This means that they can invite others to Web meetings, determine the direction of viewing and grant remote control rights. The best part: Consultant and participant alike can use the same software program.
Creating a customer magazine effortlessly
Netviewer allows PR agency Storymaker to collaborate more efficiently with its external graphic arts service providers. One difficult aspect of customer magazines is the time it takes to create them: Many participants have to grant their approval, and coordination with partners is likewise time-consuming. Web conferences, however, allow some correction loops to be omitted.
