Management

Robert Gratzl – Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer at Netviewer, Robert Gratzl is responsible for finance, controlling, and human resources. In these roles he can draw on extensive experience as CFO at publicly-traded WEB.DE AG and later Combots AG. Earlier in his career, Robert Gratzl was employed for ten years at consulting firm Arthur Andersen in Stuttgart, where he focused on consulting services for medium-sized companies. In 1998 he became the partner in charge of this area.

Robert Gratzl completed his degree in Business Administration at Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences. He earned certifications as Tax Adviser and Certified Public Accountant in 1994 and 1996, respectively.

Jörg Mayer – Chief Sales Officer

Jörg Mayer is an executive-level manager in charge of product management and sales and marketing. He joined Netviewer in late 2008 with an extensive background in sales and product management. Before joining Netviewer he was Head of Portal Pay Products at WEB.DE, where he was responsible for digital products. He was previously director of business sales at Telefónica in southern Germany. He began his career as an account manager at TelDaFax and was promoted to territory manager a short time later.

As a former competitive athlete, Jörg Mayer remains to this day an avid runner.

Lars Thomas – Chief Technology Officer

Lars Thomas, Chief Technology Officer of Netviewer, is responsible for product development and functionality. His areas of responsibility include software as a service (SaaS), our on-premise products, and integration solutions at large customers. He brings to the table extensive experience in product development as a software developer, project manager, and general manager. Lars Thomas values agility in the product development process. He looks back on years of experience as a trainer and coach for agile product development, particularly through utilization of the Scrum framework.

Lars Thomas gained the technical foundation of his skill set with a degree in electrical engineering from Universität Karlsruhe.
